Can a Chinese trademark registered under the name of a deregistered Singapore company still be renewed?

The trademark cannot be directly renewed because the company has been deregistered. To renew a Chinese trademark registered under a deregistered company, you must first assign the trademark to a new rights holder. After completing the trademark assignment, the trademark may then be renewed in the name of the new registrant.
