McDonald’s Files Multiple Chinese Trademark Applications for “麦麦岛” in China

June 19, 2025 – According to searches conducted by IPRLaoliu on the China Trademark Office website, McDonald’s Corporation submitted trademark applications for “麦麦岛” and “我去麦麦岛啦” to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) on May 8, 2025. Both applications cover five international classes, including 16, 29, 30, 32, and 43.
