Why do we need to do a trademark search?
Conducting a trademark search before applying for a trademark can increase the success rate of the application. As of October 2024, the number of valid registered trademarks in China has exceeded 46 million. Trademarks that can be easily thought of have a considerable probability of being registered by others, and the probability of rejection in the later stage of trademark applications submitted without search is relatively high.
