These trademarks cover several international classes, including Class 38 (communication services) and Class 35 (advertising and sales).
Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2023. In October 2023, the company launched its intelligent assistant “Kimi,” focusing on professional scenarios such as academic paper translation, legal issue analysis, and API development documentation parsing.
Recently, Moonshot AI has been active in multiple initiatives, including promotional collaborations with Xiaohongshu (RED) and adjustments to its model service pricing. Acquiring the “Kimi” trademarks will further strengthen its brand assets and lay the foundation for commercial expansion.
